Working draft · Updated October 21, 2026

This notice describes personal information handled through Improve Rating’s Glassdoor and Airbnb business assessment forms and related services. It is a working draft, not a statement that all legal requirements have been satisfied.

Who is responsible for your information

Improve Rating is the service brand. The provider responsible for an engagement is identified in the service quotation before paid work is authorized.

Information collected

Both inquiry forms collect your name, email, selected platform, review links and optional message. The Glassdoor form also collects your company name and company profile link. An Airbnb listing link can be supplied with context identifying the review. Earlier inquiries may contain listing links or property counts collected by an earlier form.

Service correspondence may include relevant evidence, authorization, quotation and payment records where a paid engagement is separately agreed. Review links and messages may identify employees, guests or other people; share only information you are authorized to provide and that is necessary for the request.

Do not submit passwords, identification documents, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Basic request and device information may be handled by website hosting, security and error-reporting services.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process inquiry details to assess policy concerns, contact you about your request and take steps toward a proposed business engagement. Where applicable, the legal ground is taking steps at your request before a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries where you act as a business representative.

For an authorized engagement, information may be used to perform the agreed service, communicate updates, verify outcomes and administer billing. Contract performance, applicable legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests in business administration and handling disputes may apply, depending on the data and circumstances. Security and error diagnostics support the legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning, secure website, subject to applicable safeguards and rights.

An inquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. This website does not add optional advertising or analytics tracking.

Storage and recipients

Inquiry records are saved in Lovable Cloud. The public website does not provide access to read customer inquiry records. Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate these services. Website error diagnostics are handled through the hosting platform.

Information relevant to an authorized removal request may need to be shared with Glassdoor or Airbnb. These platforms decide their own moderation outcomes and handle information under their own policies. Necessary disclosure may also occur to authorized service personnel, professional advisers or authorities where lawfully required. We do not sell inquiry information.

Third-party font services receive requests when your browser loads the site’s fonts, which can include your IP address and request details.

International processing

Service providers and review platforms may process information in countries different from your own. Applicable data-protection law may require safeguards for such transfers. This draft does not represent that a particular hosting location, processor agreement or transfer mechanism has been verified.

Retention

Information should be kept no longer than reasonably necessary for the relevant inquiry, agreed service, required business records and legitimate dispute handling, subject to applicable law. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures are not stated in this draft.

Security and necessary storage

The inquiry database restricts public reading of records. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are appropriate, but no website or storage system offers absolute security or confidentiality.

No optional analytics or advertising cookies are configured in the application. Necessary hosting, security or preview sign-in storage may be used by the platform. The public assessment experience does not require a customer account. A cookie consent choice is not presented for optional tracking that this application does not use.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights may be subject to lawful limits, including required recordkeeping.

For a data request, you may use the assessment contact form, identifying your request in the message without adding unnecessary sensitive details. For an existing engagement, you can also use the provider contact in your quotation. Reasonable identity checks may be needed before disclosure.

You may complain to the data-protection supervisory authority competent for your location or the processing concerned where applicable. This draft does not identify a jurisdiction-specific regulator.

Updates will be dated on this page. This notice does not replace the separate quote and Terms of Service required before paid work.
